Seven Layer Salad
This Seven Layer Salad recipe is great to make ahead for get-togethers or potlucks. The dressing is mixed in so it’s ready to serve!
Seven Layer Salad
Servings: 12 Servings
Prep Time: 30 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1-2 heads Iceberg or Romaine Lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup quartered Grape Tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced Radishes
- 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 jar Bacon Bits
- 2 cans sliced Water Chestnuts
- 1/2 English Cucumbers, sliced thin
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions:
- Mix Miracle Whip and sugar together. Set aside.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of cheese. Layer half of vegetables, cheese, and dressing then sprinkle with Bacon Bits. Layer second half of ingredients. Top with reserved Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Bacon Bits.
